Sourcing Trip – Visit China With Us

For clients opting for guided sourcing in China:

• Once tickets and visa are finalized, we collect a deposit of ₹2,00,000.
• At the factory level, clients are required to pay 30% advance for product confirmation.
• The remaining 70% balance must be cleared before dispatch from China.

• Daya Worldwide strives to deliver as per the agreed schedule.
• A nominated adult with valid ID must be present at the delivery location to accept the goods and sign the Delivery Note.
• If the nominated person is unavailable, re-delivery will be scheduled with an applicable surcharge.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring access for delivery—including permits, lift access, scaffolding, or cranes if required.
• We are not liable for delivery challenges caused by narrow staircases, small lifts, low ceilings, or other barriers.
• Any property damage during delivery is covered only if caused by our negligence, and our liability is limited to repair.

• We take full responsibility for any damages caused due to our negligence.
• Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Minor repairable damages will be repaired but not replaced.
• We are not responsible for defects caused by wear and tear, accidents, improper use, or unauthorized repairs.
• Delays caused by factors beyond control—such as customs, weather, or geopolitical events—are not the company’s liability.

• Our team performs thorough quality checks at the factory level before dispatch.
• We share live photos and videos of each product to ensure the client approves the exact quality selected.
• Surprise inspections are conducted to verify finish, dimensions, materials, and craftsmanship.
• We ensure the client receives A++ grade quality, exactly as finalized.
