BOOKINGS AND DOCUMENTATION

We assist you with all essential bookings and documentation required for your China sourcing trip. If needed, we arrange an official invitation letter from the Chinese company to support your visa process. Our team provides complete guidance, detailed information, and end-to-end support throughout every step—ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel and sourcing experience.

ON GROUND ASSISTANCE IN CHINA

We ensure you’re never alone in a foreign country. A dedicated team member from our side stays with you throughout your China visit—right from factory visits to market tours—so that communication, navigation and local coordination are completely hassle-free. We actively support you in negotiations, product finalisation and on-ground decision making.

Our core China operations team is also available for any backend coordination. And on key trips, our founder Mr. Dipesh Chandwani personally travels with clients, adding his experience and relationships to make your sourcing trip truly impactful.

Quality Check, Assurance & Logistics

Our team ensures every product meets A++ quality standards. We conduct surprise factory visits, inspect materials and craftsmanship, and share live photos and videos before dispatch for complete transparency. Even after the client returns to India, we continue monitoring production.

For logistics, every item is first converted into a detailed CAD drawing, and based on that, a custom wooden crate is prepared. This ensures safe packing, secure loading, and damage-free delivery to India.

Sourcing Trip – Visit China With Us

For clients opting for guided sourcing in China:

• Once tickets and visa are finalized, we collect a deposit of ₹5,00,000 / 20,000 AED / 5000 USD.
• At the factory level, clients are required to pay 30-50% advance for product confirmation, depending on each supplier.
• The remaining 70% balance must be cleared before dispatch from China.

Please note: All payments are subject to currency fluctuations, and final payable amounts may vary based on the prevailing exchange rates at the time of settlement.

• Daya Worldwide strives to deliver as per the agreed schedule.
• A nominated adult with valid ID must be present at the delivery location to accept the goods and sign the Delivery Note.
• If the nominated person is unavailable, re-delivery will be scheduled with an applicable surcharge.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring access for delivery—including permits, lift access, scaffolding, or cranes if required.
• We are not liable for delivery challenges caused by narrow staircases, small lifts, low ceilings, or other barriers.
• Any property damage during delivery is covered only if caused by our negligence, and our liability is limited to repair
• All the damages will be reported at the time of delivery in front of our delivery coordinator.

• Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Minor repairable damages will be repaired but not replaced.
• We are not responsible for defects caused by wear and tear, accidents, improper use, or unauthorized repairs.

A nominated adult must be available at the delivery location.
The person receiving the goods should carry a valid ID to accept the items and sign the Delivery Note for confirmation.

If the nominated person is unavailable at the time of delivery:
We will be happy to reschedule the delivery. However, please note that a re-delivery fee may apply depending on the situation.

Please ensure smooth access for our delivery team.
This includes arranging necessary permissions, lift access, scaffolding, cranes, or any other support needed to move the items safely. Proper access helps us deliver your products without delays or complications.

Certain delivery constraints are beyond our control.
We cannot be held liable for challenges arising due to narrow staircases, small lifts, low ceilings, tight corridors, or any structural barriers that restrict movement of goods.

Property safety is important to us.
In the rare event that any damage occurs due to our negligence, we will take full responsibility for the repair. However, our liability is limited strictly to damages caused directly by our team.

All issues or damages, if any, will be reported immediately.
Our delivery coordinator will document and communicate any concerns at the time of delivery so that the matter is resolved transparently and promptly.

Every product goes through strict checks for finish, durability, alignment, material quality, and overall craftsmanship to ensure it meets our highest standards.

We provide live photos and videos of each item before shipping.
This allows clients to personally verify the exact product, color, finish, and detailing they selected. Nothing is dispatched without the client’s approval.

Surprise inspections are carried out to maintain consistency and transparency.
These checks help confirm that the final product matches the approved specifications in terms of dimensions, structure, materials, polish, and build strength.
