Customization:
Available in customizable upholstery, finishes, and can be customized in different standard sizes.
Ready Stock Orders: All ready-stock products are dispatched within 5–10 working days from the date of purchase.
Customized Orders: For customized lighting and furniture, the delivery timeline ranges from 45–60 days, depending on design complexity and production requirements.
• All orders are final. No cancellation, modification, exchange, return, or refund. Any size/material change may affect pricing. All payments are non-refundable.
• 50% advance at order confirmation. Balance payable before loading from China.
• Quoted prices valid for 30 days. GST extra. Import duty, taxes & shipping as per actuals.
• Mattress not included with beds.
• Delivery will be scheduled mutually. An adult with valid ID must be present. Failed delivery will attract re-delivery charges.
• Client must ensure smooth site access (lift, stairs, entry size, parking, etc.). Any special arrangements are at client’s cost.
• Damage to premises is not covered unless due to our proven negligence (limited to repair only).
• Manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with opening video. No claims after this. Wear & tear / misuse not covered.
• Minor repairable damage will not qualify for replacement.
• Wooden crating available on request at extra cost.
• Company is not responsible for delays due to uncontrollable events (shipping, customs, weather, strikes, etc.).
• Transport from Bhiwandi Warehouse, Mumbai to delivery location is extra.
