Ready Stock Orders: All ready-stock products are dispatched within 5–10 working days from the date of purchase.

Customized Orders: For customized lighting and furniture, the delivery timeline ranges from 45–60 days, depending on design complexity and production requirements.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All orders placed are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, returned, or refunded under any circumstances. Any change in size and material will lead to change in price. Any advance or full payment made is strictly non-refundable.

2. Daya Worldwide Limited shall arrange delivery as per the mutually agreed date and time. The client must ensure that a nominated adult with a valid ID is present at the delivery location to receive the goods and sign the Delivery Note. In the absence of the authorized recipient, the delivery will be cancelled and re-delivery will be subject to an additional charge.

3. The client is solely responsible for ensuring site accessibility, including but not limited to parking permits, lift access, scaffolding, or crane arrangements where required. Daya Worldwide Limited shall not be held responsible for any delivery challenges arising from restricted access, narrow staircases or doors, small lifts, low ceilings, or similar obstacles. Any removal, dismantling, or modification required to facilitate delivery shall be entirely at the client’s cost and risk.

4. Damage to the client’s premises or property will not be covered unless proven to be caused by the direct negligence of Daya Worldwide Limited, in which case liability shall be strictly limited to repair only.

5. Any manufacturing defects must be reported in writing within 2 days from the date of delivery. Claims made after this period shall not be accepted. The company is not responsible for defects arising due to normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, negligence, improper handling, or any modifications carried out by the client or third parties.

6. Daya Worldwide Limited shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to war, terrorism, riots, strikes, fire, flood, storms, port congestion, shipping delays, or customs clearance issues. The client will be informed in writing should such circumstances occur.

7. Wooden crating is available only upon request and at an additional cost.

8. Goods with minor damage that can be satisfactorily repaired by the supplier shall not be replaced.

9. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days after submitting quote.

10. GST is additional.

14. Changes in import duty structure, taxes , shipping charges and other expenses will be reflected as per actuals.

15. TRANSPORATION CHARGES FROM INDORE TO DELIVERY LOCATION WOULD BE EXTRA.
