Return and Exchange Policy
Daya lights has hassle free Return and Exchange policy.
In case, you wish to exchange any product, you need to return it within 7 days of delivery.
In the case of returns the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Return items received will be checked by quality assurance team.
In case, you choose to return the product. We provide store credit for future purchase, which will be valid for 6 months.
Post return you will receive store credit within 48hours.
Please note we do not provide any monetary refunds.
In case of missing/wrong/damaged product, we request you to get in touch with our team within 24 hours with a opening video of the products received.
